Introduction

eRF is a simulation software specially developed for RF (radio frequency) and high-frequency integrated circuits.

eRF RF IC Simulator

  • Unique Simulator

Unique Simulator: eRF is a simulation software specially developed for RF (frequency) and high-frequency integrated circuits. Unlike eSpice and eSim, eRF has higher solution sensitivity, higher linearity and lower noise level, and can more accurately simulate various parasitic parameters and circuit transmission characteristics of devices at high frequencies.

  • Excellent Accelerator

eRF uses the HamonicBalance technology to speed up the RF circuit simulation to more than a thousand times faster than timing simulation.

  • Excellent Convergence

eRF provides frequency domain harmonic balance analysis and time domain nonlinear circuit simulation functions for RF and high-frequency integrated circuits, and is suitable for designing large transceivers, with a convergence beyond those of frequency simulator in broad sense.

Functional Advantages

  • It can efficiently and directly provide steady-state solutions.
  • It can handle large-scale transistor circuits (10,000 transistors).
  • It can display the computing results in the frequency domain and time domain.
  • It uses Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) to achieve a higher accuracy.
  • It can display standard RF parameters, such as S-parameter representation, NF, IP3 and 1dB compression points in the Smith chart.
  • It is ideal for the analysis of oscillators.
